Developing the Soho First Community Plan

Two community events were held to help inform the writing of a community first plan for Soho Ward: A Love Your Neighbourhood Day at Summerfield Community Centre on 16th February 2013 which was attended by local residents, and a consultation event held at Victoria Baptist Church on 30th April 2013 to which local community groups and organisations were invited. A short survey was also designed to find out what people like about living in Soho Ward, the key issues of concern and the priorities for the future.

Soho First Aspirations

We started by writing down our aspirations for the kind of place we wanted Soho to be. We talked to a lot of people, got lots of feedback, and began to shape a vision for the Soho of the Future.
